About Me

Hello, and welcome! My name is Navika McDermott, and I am a certified Reflexologist with a passion for understanding people and supporting their wellbeing.

My journey began with a degree in Social Anthropology, where I explored my interest in people and the many ways we connect with one another. Over time, and through my own life experiences, I discovered a deep passion for supporting others in feeling safe, cared for, and understood. Emotions play such a powerful role in our overall wellbeing, and I believe they are often held within the body as much as the mind. Reflexology has become the path where my curiosity about people and my desire to support them come together, allowing me to help others not only relax but also gently process what they may be carrying.

My approach is calm, empathetic, and client-focused, with the aim of creating a nurturing space where each person feels truly listened to. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through stress relief, pregnancy, recovery, and moments when they simply need balance and time for themselves. Reflexology has shown me how healing it can be when the body and emotions are supported together, and it’s my goal to build a welcoming practice where clients feel comfortable, knowing they are in safe and caring hands.

“The feet are a mirror of the body,…, those reflexes can hold a wealth of information about our health”
